Normally everyone sees this world, experiences it, reviews it in their own minds. They live their lives with love or with fear. They comment on it, they hate it, they get frustrated. They get tired of the same things going wrong over and over again.
What’s interesting is everyone arrives at some kind of opinion, whether verbal or emotional judging conditions the way they seem to think or how they’ve learned over time to think.
This happens in mostly every mind either knowingly or unknowingly on a subconscious level through some kind of an experience someone had throughout their day or hour or minute or their entire life. And this affects an individual’s mind strongly whether they are aware of it or not.
This can somehow end up with some sort of mental condition! We come up with a persona for the world while in lonesome we’re a certain way that never comes out in front of anyone.
A general attitude towards doing anything in life comes from two sources, either Love or Fear. Let’s try and see this elaborately with some examples:
We need shelter, through our love of being under a roof or through the fear of not being safe out in the open?
We require food, for the love of taste or through the fear of not surviving or not having enough energy to be able to move?
We breathe without being aware of that we are breathing, for the love of the oxygen? Or from the fear of being dead without it?
We want to be loved by someone unconditionally, through the love of a romantic and forever lasting relationship or because of the fear of being alone or not being accepted by the world?
All these questions might make you feel like what the hell is he talking about or what the hell is his point? Well, let me try and be clearer.
Anything we do in our lives, has a reason behind it.
It could be any action like eating, drinking, kissing, walking, talking and so on. We do any of these activities with a purpose. This purpose could be out of a necessity or a wish. Doesn’t matter the cause but our attitude towards it.
We’re talking about the activities for which it doesn’t matter whether you want to do it or not. It just needs to be done. So if you have to do it no matter what, how should you proceed towards it? You can curse the actions you have to do or you can love the reason for which these actions are taking place.
For instance, if you’re familiar with the 80-20 rule, 80% of the people hate the job they’re at. Now they have to do it because it needs to be done. Everyone needs to eat, they need shelter, they need clothes and no one’s at fault there. It has to be done. But in place of being in a constant fear of why you have to do it, you can look at it as a love to yourself and the family or people depending on you.
You’re doing what you’re doing because you love them, you do it because you love to be with them. You exist for them and they love you more than they could ever say. You’ll notice that I’m trying to emphasize here on the word LOVE.
Let’s look at another example, a student goes to school out of fear that parents would get mad at them or teachers would yell at them! Or if they don’t get good grades, their life will suck and they’ll never get a job. I understand, it’s scary. But what’s more scary is the moments you waste in fear rather than getting the point of education. We go to schools, colleges or any educational institutes to actually make our future better, have better lives, earn better living, build a better life for ourselves.
Both of these examples are very generic for the majority of negative attitudes we face. It can be implemented for almost anything out there that needs to be done in our lives. Be positive and conquer the lives you’re facing right now.
It’s a simple principle that you can implement but guess what, all we need to change is our mindset, because you have to get through the actions anyhow, it’s our job to make ourselves MISERABLE or HAPPY while doing it. Let’s choose HAPPY and live life with love not fear. Good Luck and Stay Positive!
